Ashdon Farm is a beautiful property a few minutes west of Woodend. The Byrne team are working closely with the owners to develop a Masterplan for the property including a new house, tennis court, arboretum, and a range of ancillary structures to service living and farm operations.
We developed two possibilities for the house, which is located on the edge of a lake in the centre of the property. The first is a linear structure cantilevering across the water. The second is influenced by traditional Australian Woolshed architecture.
